In our search we contact directly with property sellers/promoters, as well as with trustworthy local real estate agencies, to select a range of properties for further analysis and discussion with our clients.
Once we narrow down the selection of best properties, we carry out visits and give you feedback and photo/video report.
During our visits we conduct an overall property and neighbourhood evaluation, collect additional information from property owners or promoters and conduct a history search on the property in the local registry system. Upon request, we involve an independent certified team of technical inspectors to conduct a full or partial technical diagnosis of the property under analysis.
As your consultants, we assist you in negotiation of the chosen property, or conduct negotiation on your behalf. We keep you informed of the negotiation process, advice you to the best of our knowledge, leaving to you the ultimate decision-making.
Once you have picked your desired property, we help you to take the necessary steps to correctly conclude the deal, from help to obtain necessary status for the buyer to involvement of our legal partners to carry the deal through.
